  144.      TexCash5 is not and has never been public domain, nor is it free
  145.      ware. TexCash5 is copyrighted by Ken Bradford and any unauthorized
  146.      use inconsistent with the terms of this license is an infringement

  149.      TexCash5 may be used without registration for 30 days for
  150.      evaluation. The use of TexCash5 beyond the 30 days, requires
  151.      registration. See Order.frm (ORDER FORM) for registering the

  155.      government agency or any other entity is strictly prohibited. After
